RESTORE

a relaxing virtual retreat

Things are a little tense right now...

It seems like it just happened overnight.  All of a sudden you're home, all the time, maybe with kids, maybe alone - but definitely stressed.

You don't know what is going on, or how bad it's going to be.  Whether you should go outside.  What you can do to help yourself and your family.

It's understandable to feel anxious, uneasy, and uncertain.

To  worry about what the future holds.

But there are things we can do to help.

You can live from a place of more ease and more peace - even with all of this going on.  You can relieve stress, support your nervous system, and feel more balanced and calm.

This retreat will give you the tools and techniques to bring calm into your daily life.  It will shake off the stress, teach you about your mental health, and improve your mood, your relationships, and your outlook.

Join Dr. Aleksandra Gasinski, ND for a very special 2-day online event.  It may just change your life.
